James Carnegy-ArbuthnottJames Carnegy-Arbuthnott qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1979 and has extensive experience in the Scottish rural market place. After heading up the estate agency department in the Brechin office of Savills, James moved to Brodies in 1991, handling the sale and purchase of rural properties throughout Scotland. He joined Buccleuch Town & Country in 2006 when Brodies’ estate agency practice was acquired by the Buccleuch Group. He holds directorships of 3 rural businesses including Strathmore Estates (Holding) Ltd. |

Mark AtkinsonMark Atkinson graduated from Durham University and trained with Knight Frank, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984. From then onwards, he was the residential specialist in Brodies LLP, acting in the sale and purchase of many distinguished properties in Edinburgh and throughout Scotland. He joined Buccleuch Town & Country in 2006 when Brodies’ estate agency practice was acquired by the Buccleuch Group. |

Sally HartSally Hart has 24 years of experience as an estate agent. She has during this time also been employed by a number of development companies where she was involved in all aspects of new home sales. Latterly she has worked for two major law firms, Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP and Brodies LLP, where she has sold a broad spectrum of properties in Edinburgh and the Lothians. She joined Buccleuch Town and Country in 2006 when Brodies’ estate agency practice was acquired by the Buccleuch Group. |

Richard BagotRichard Bagot joined Buccleuch Town and Country in June 2006. He holds an honours degree in Land Management and has recently successfully completed his masters degree in Business Management. He is currently also involved in the management of a family run rural business in the Lake District. |
